UK deliveries  

Please note that some orders made between the 4th -11th November are experiencing delays in delivery due to some behind-the-scenes work. However, we’re working extra hard to make sure your parcel arrives to you on time. 

Please bear in mind that postal services may be affected at this time and there may be some delays to your order (hopefully not too long though!) so we might not always be able to meet the delivery estimates on your tracking info. Please also note that items cannot be collected or delivered during UK bank holidays. 

Order not arrived? Please get in touch with Customer Services with your order number if you haven’t received anything within  one week so that they can investigate this for you! 

International deliveries   

We’re sorry to say we’ll be pausing our international deliveries. Don’t worry, this isn’t a goodbye forever – we’ll be back as soon as possible.

Important Newsplease note that any customs or duties will now be included in the delivery fee, so say goodbye to unexpected charges!

 Brexit & Covid-19 Update    

We are getting reports from our courier that deliveries may take a little longer at the moment due to COVID-19 and Brexit. Please do bear in mind that it may take a little longer than normal for your NC newness to reach you due to quarantine restrictions and in some cases a shortage of courier staff. This means that we might not always be able to meet the estimated delivery date on your tracking info.     

Order not arrived? Please do get in touch with Customer Services with your order number if you haven’t received your order within  two weeks of ordering and they will happily investigate.
